In 2016, I founded Le Barre after moving to Colchester from Sydney. My vision was to blend my passions—health and wellness, dance, and Pilates—into unique classes.
With a degree in Dance and Education from Scotland and 17 years in the dance and fitness industry, I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals through our classes.
